3 Steps to beat Unemployment Stress:
- Exercise – Taking 30 minutes a day to get exercise will – energy. Control in – yoga, walking, running,
- A moderate diet – Avoiding excess in all things is a Spiritual Law. Moderation in our diet is essential during times of high stress to manage unconscious eating patterns.
- Meditate – You gotta start controlling your mind. Your mind is not your friend.
